Infinite was created by the famous Bodegas Miguel Torres to fit to the particular palate of Ontario market. This wine shows intense red fruit aromas, alongside with a pretty interesting complexity due to its 6 months ageing in oak barrels. It is made using the traditional Spanish grape Tempranillo as a main grape in a blend completed by the international Cabernet Sauvignon, very well adapted to the Catalan vineyards, as Torres has demonstrated with some of its iconic wines (especially Mas La Plana). Infinite is powerful but smooth as well, and it pairs ideally with poultry and cured cheeses.

Vintage tasted: 2010 (September 2012)
